During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the friendly staff who were helpful and kind. The varied and plentiful breakfast was a nice start to the day. the hotel's location near excellent biking routes in Sumava was a key advantage for us.
There were several aspects that we didn't enjoy during our stay. the room had a musty smell, which was quite off-putting.

the room had a musty smell that was unpleasant, and the noise from outside at night was bothersome.
